Curbside Meal Survey SURVEY: Please help us spread the word! Charlotte ISD will be providing curbside meals to any CISD student 18 and under. An ID number is NOT required but the child must be present to receive a meal. Breakfast/Lunch will be served from 9:00am-12:00pm daily, Monday-Friday. Pick-up will be at the High School Cafeteria gate. In order to keep this service going, we would like to have an estimate of participation. If possible, please fill out the form below to help us.
